With a proven track record of driving operational excellence in highly regulated environments, she is focused on delivering reliable, high-quality solutions that drive client success.

Leah has held leadership roles managing global teams at Marken (a UPS company), PCI Pharma Services, Bellwyck Pharma Services, Procter & Gamble, and Forest Pharmaceuticals. Her leadership has consistently improved performance metrics, streamlined processes, and reduced cost inefficiencies.

Leah brings deep expertise in commercial and clinical trial packaging and distribution, supply chain logistics, quality assurance, and strategic planning. She excels in change management and regulatory navigation and is recognized for building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Leah drives client success by delivering reliable, efficient service that enhances operations and supports Praxis’ mission to provide high-quality pharmaceutical packaging solutions.

Leah holds an MBA and an MS in Pharmaceutical Sciences/Drug Development from the University of Cincinnati, as well as a BS in Nutrition from the University of Kentucky.
