John joined Praxis in 2022 with nearly 30 years of leadership experience. He is focused on strategy, growth, and building new customer relationships.
Prior to Praxis, John served as CEO of Catalent Pharma Solutions, Group President of Cardinal Health PTS and CEO of Amerigen Pharmaceuticals. He also held business and product development leadership positions at Becton Dickinson and GE Healthcare.
John received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University.
Steve joined Praxis in 2023 with over 30 years of leadership experience. He is focused on strategy, growth, and operational excellence.
Prior to Praxis, Steve served at Perrigo in various senior operations positions, including SVP, Perrigo Operations Excellence and CSCI Operations, and SVP, Perrigo Global Operations, after an initial career in the United States Army Corps of Engineers.
Steve received his BS in Chemistry and German Studies from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MS in Environmental Engineering at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
Nathan leads financial strategy, operational improvement, and strategic planning for Praxis Packaging Solutions.
With over 35 years of experience as a CFO and Private Equity Operations Director, Nathan has worked across multiple industries including manufacturing, retail and healthcare. His expertise encompasses mergers and acquisitions, financial and treasury management, IT and human resource oversight, process optimization, and business transformation.
Nathan holds a BS in Economics and Business from West Virginia Wesleyan College as well as his MBA from Charter College. He is a CPA and has earned multiple additional licenses and certifications including his CMA, CGMA, CITP and Lean Six Sigma.
Carolyn oversees quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and process improvement initiatives for Praxis Packaging and Unette Corporation.
With over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and consumer goods industries, Carolyn has held leadership roles in process development, manufacturing, validation, and quality engineering. Her expertise spans OTC, medical devices, nutritional, and cosmetic products.
Carolyn holds a BS in Material Science and Engineering from Michigan State University, an MS in Regulatory Affairs from Northeastern University, and a Doctorate in Regulatory Science from the University of Southern California. She is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
Chris is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Praxis subsidiary Unette (Randolph, NJ) overseeing all its departments.
His experience and thorough knowledge of Unette’s operations allow him to successfully drive performance through innovation and technology.
Chris received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Villanova University.
Sarah Faison brings over 20 years of experience at Praxis Packaging to her role as Senior Director of Sales and Marketing.
With extensive knowledge of our systems and procedures, Sarah and her team provide comprehensive oversight to meet and exceed client expectations. Sarah's dedicated focus on quality customer service and project management ensures clients are informed throughout the process. Her efforts have been instrumental in maintaining strong client relationships and supporting Praxis Packaging's continued growth. Sarah's expertise and dedication make her a valuable asset to our team. Sarah holds a B.A.Sc. in Psychology from Cornerstone University.
