Nathan McBrayer has more than 35 years of experience as a CFO and Private Equity Operations Director, bringing to Praxis Packaging Solutions deep expertise in driving performance and transformation across complex organizations.

Nathan has worked across multiple industries including manufacturing, retail, and healthcare. His expertise encompasses mergers and acquisitions, acquisitional assimilation, financial and treasury management, shareholder and lender communications, IT and human resources oversight, process optimization, and enterprise-wide business transformation, enabling sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Nathan earned his BS in Economics and Business, graduating *Summa Cum Laude* from West Virginia Wesleyan College with a concentration in Accounting, and holds an MBA from Charter College. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has earned several additional licenses and credentials, including CMA, CGMA, CITP, and Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certifications.
