Celeste Ross is the Organizational Development Manager at Praxis Packaging, where she leads efforts to strengthen leadership capacity, enhance workforce performance, and align talent strategies with business objectives.

With a decade of experience across manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, and nonprofit sectors, Celeste has built and led initiatives in employee engagement, compensation, onboarding, and leadership development—driving measurable impact in each role. She has conducted leadership trainings nationally and is known for connecting people strategy to long-term business goals.

Celeste holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources from Davenport University, along with SHRM-CP certification. She currently serves as Director of Diversity for the Association of Human Resources Management, Vice President of the Grand Rapids Junior Chamber of Commerce, and a Program Manager on the National Board of JCI USA.
