Dr. Sheila Dell is an accomplished pharmaceutical executive with more than 35 years of experience in the global pharmaceutical industry. Combining deep scientific expertise with executive leadership in oral solid dose and sterile manufacturing technologies, she has built a distinguished career driving business growth and innovation.
Since retiring from Thermo Fisher in 2019, Sheila has focused on board-level and private equity advisory roles, supporting the strategic growth and operational success of pharmaceutical manufacturing and healthcare technology companies.
Prior to her retirement, Sheila served as Global Head of Pharma Business Development at Thermo Fisher. She also held senior leadership positions at Capsugel (now Lonza) and Catalent Pharma Solutions. She began her career as a Research Scientist at Pfizer before continuing her work at Johnson & Johnson, building the strong scientific foundation that shaped her executive leadership career.
Sheila brings extensive expertise in pharmaceutical development, manufacturing, business development, and strategic leadership.
